She was involved in business, became interested in real estate and was successful in this field. However, she decided to move into medicine. After earning a doctorate, she opened her practice.

Dr. Fletcher received a doctorate in nurse practitioner studies from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2010. She also received a degree in business with a major in economics from the University of Tehran. She is a member of CCFA, the Denton County Medical Alliance, Project X, and the Denton County Nurse Practitioner Society. In the near future, Dr. Fletcher hopes to open a total of 10 clinics in Texas, especially in areas without readily available physicians or other healthcare providers. Her goal is to give patients immediate access to health care.
