Specializing in marketing within the health arena, Mr. Daniels established his company, Vaughan Medical Marketing, eight years ago. As the director, he is responsible for managing project-based marketing strategies, as well as providing support and strategic marketing in the areas of laparoscopic surgery, gynecology and ophthalmology. Moreover, Mr. Daniels supervises staff members and collaborates with governmental and nongovernmental organizations. He is also administrative secretary for the Holmium User Group which provides mentorship training to other Holmium Users via a modular training program and has worked for reimbursement of the HoLEP procedure and for the NICE guidelines and a host of other benefits for members. Previously, he worked for Primax Surgical Limited, Lumenis, Olympus Optical Co., Ltd., and Winchester Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Daniels began his studies in Sweden, and eventually studied in the United Kingdom. He holds an MBA in international marketing and finance from Princeton University and diploma from The Henley College. Furthermore, he completed an Oxfordshire certificate of public first aid at St. John Ambulance and the Laser Safety Core of Knowledge Training as outlined in MHRA DB 2008 (3). He has been honored for his professional field contributions with an InBiz
Area Representative of the Year award and as a member of the ISMM. In his spare time, Mr. Daniels is active in The Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
