For more than 30 years, Ms. Cole has thrived as a portfolio manager, managing equity and interest rate forecasting for her clients and herself. She became involved in her profession after first majoring in art history. She worked for one summer in a museum and was not satisfied with the experience, so she switched majors to Italian history and minored in economics. Ms. Cole applied to four companies and was selected by Salomon Brothers; this began her education in real-life economics and the corporate world.

Attributing her success to her hard work, perseverance and excellent training, Ms. Cole became involved in her profession because she has a tremendous passion for managing money and consulting on joint ventures. She also has a love for languages and is fluent in Italian, French, Spanish and English, and has lived in Italy.

In 1975, Ms. Cole received a bachelor's degree in Italian Studies, with a minor in Economics. She received College Honors, Departmental Honors and Thesis Honors from Vassar College and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is also a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the South Florida Association of Financial Professionals.
