Summer Advantage USA Hopes to Fill 150 Jobs Throughout Indiana

    INDIANAPOLIS, IN, March 21, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Recognized by TIME Magazine and the Indiana Department of Education, Summer Advantage USA hopes to fill 150 jobs throughout Indiana.

Summer Advantage USA is an academic enrichment program that partners with schools, school districts and parents to provide scientifically proven and cost effective summer learning programs to school-aged children.

The summer program and jobs are being offered in Angola, Fremont, Lagrange, Elkhart, Muncie, Indianapolis, French Lick and Seymour.

The 150 positions include:

1. Academic Teachers - certified teachers offer the primary support to ensure the academic and social development of our scholars.

2. Enrichment Teachers - create and lead a specific enrichment program (i.e., art, music, drama, debate, science) that augments the core academic program and supports the summer learning objectives.

3. Dual Teachers - certified teachers in a dual role of delivering both the academic and enrichment curricula.

4. Teacher's Assistants - support the teachers in providing academic and enrichment lessons to the student scholars.

5. School Nurses - registered nurses direct health services to scholars, parents/guardians and staff.

6. Operations Administrators - aid in all administrative aspects of the summer program to ensure that scholars achieve their goals and that site administration is exceptional.

7. Program Managers - build a strong summer program team that works well together; ensure the creation of a strong learning environment for scholars.

8. Assistant Program Managers - assist Program Managers to build a strong summer program team and site.
