In 1979, Ms. Lonczak-Perri earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education (K-12) from the University of Bridgeport. However, to her dismay, when it came time for her to graduate, there were no physical education jobs in sight. She began working at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as a correspondent specialist, and from there, she progressed through a series of positions.

With three decades of experience, Ms. Lonczak-Perri currently serves as the director of customer service for Delta Dental of Rhode Island and the subsidiary Altus Dental Insurance Company. Holding exceptional communications skills and expertise in employee and client relations, she provides development courses and implements comprehensive training programs for customer service agents at Delta Dental of Rhode Island and Altus Dental Insurance Company. Managing call centers for two businesses, she also handles calls related to memberships for subscribers, analyzes progress reports, understands electronic codes and updates policies and procedures, and represents customer service in all corporate projects/initiatives.

Ms. Lonczak-Perri takes pride in her work and attributes her success to her work ethic and background. She earned Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a member of Call Center Talent Management Best Practices. Looking ahead, she plans to seek other avenues of opportunity.
