KEARNY, NJ, May 14, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rosangela Petinati, Administrator of 2nd Home Newark Operations, LLC, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing Dedication, Leadership and Excellence in Social Work.

While Ms. Petinati works with a diverse population in her current role, she excels particularly in interacting with the elderly. As an administrator for 2nd Home Newark Operations, she oversees the Adult Medical Day Care facility in terms of services for the elderly and the safety of clients and staff. She also ensures that the facility remains compliant with policies and State Regulations. Furthermore, Ms. Petinati monitors and reports on the development of the Company, which requires that she oversee client and staff attendance, and conduct staff trainings. She also manages budgeting and payroll.

It is imperative that Ms. Petinati maintain composure in sometimes stressful circumstances, especially while representing the company. She is charged with handling outreach activities and crisis intervention, as well as communication with government officials and nongovernmental groups.

A Certified Social Worker, Ms. Petinati attends continuing educational training. She has also gained a solid educational foundation through Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She initially earned a Bachelor of Arts and Social Work, followed by a Master of Social Work, and mini Master of Public Administration through the institution's Certificate Program.

In addition to working with 2nd Home Adult Medical Day Care, she is a volunteer at St. James Church in Newark, NJ, helping Brazilian immigrants. She belongs to the National Association of Social Workers.
