SAN MARCOS, CA, May 16, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- James W. Heidrich, Senior Vice President of Global Recruiting for Xerox ServicesTalent Acquisition and Staffing, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in operations and recruitment.

Mr. Heidrich is considered by those in his field to be an expert in the areas of leadership, operations, team management, instruction and motivation. He is currently responsible for recruiting at all levels within and outside of the U.S., overseeing 300 recruiters worldwide, and recruiting all skills from entry level call center to group presidents. He is unique in his ability to create an environment that allows people to maximize their potential in pursuit of success and develop sound decision-making and leadership skills.

Mr. Heidrich is a career military officer who has been in the business world for more than 10 years. After 28 years of service, he retired as a Colonel from the United States Marine Corps. As an infantry officer, he gained experience as a leader, organizer, and certified leadership instructor. Mr. Heidrich has held numerous positions in business to include Director Offshore Program EDS, Vice President for IT International Operations Xerox Services, Vice President for Raytheon Technical Services Guam, and Senior Vice President Global Operations Support for Xerox Services, where he created site Operations Teams in over 30 countries in support of multiple businesses. He established controls to enable all sites to provide all the support functions necessary to support business operations in any country. Attributing his success to his good fortune, Mr. Heidrich reflects on becoming involved in his profession after retiring from military service after 28 years.

He did not want to continue working in the military environment, so he joined EDS as a Client Delivery Executive in support of the NMCI account. His career has progressed based on his keen ability to produce results in any environment.

Mr. Heidrich received a Master of Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, and a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies and National Defense from the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. He has also attained accreditation as a Certified Leadership Instructor. In the near future, Mr. Heidrich aims to take on a bigger challenge. He recently facilitated the turnaround of the recruiting force, strengthening morale and significantly enhancing the company capability to recruit when and where needed. He hopes to continue to impact the professional careers of many by strong mentoring, coaching, and direct leadership. From his military days to his current executive position, Mr. Heidrich has always been called upon to handle the most difficult tasks, to achieve results when others could not. Producing winning teams is his strength.
