With an extensive background in human resources, Ms. Coffman has gained 27 years of experience in the field and currently serves as the vice president of talent for iQor, a technology and services company that provides business process outsourcing solutions to some of the best known brands in the world. In 1988 she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Florida, followed three years later with a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the same institution.

Throughout her nearly three-decade career, Ms. Coffman has gained expertise in several different areas, including executive partnership and consultation, industrial/labor and employee relations, recruitment, staffing, compensation, policy development, diversity, payroll, training, employee development, employee assistance, performance management, workers' compensation, safety, benefits, and organizational change and development. She attributes her success to her strong work ethic, caring nature, passion, and drive to make a difference.

Ms. Coffman has lead and participated in many community endeavors including Vice Chair of the Civil Service Board, Jacksonville, Florida; The State of Florida Division of Workers Compensation Employer Advisory Board; Chair, Jacksonville, Florida Welfare to Work Coalition; and Leadership Jacksonville.

Ms. Coffman is a senior professional in human resources through HRCCI and a member of SHRM. She has received several awards, including the Community Service Award from the Department of Children and Families of the State of Florida in 1998, the Education Award from the First Coast Manufacturers Association in 1996, The Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of North Florida in 1998, and the Florida Times Union EVE Award for Employment, also in 1998, which she names as the highlight of her career. In the coming years, Ms. Coffman aspires to lead an HR position in a mid-sized organization.
