Ms. Kropp is a certified clinical research professional with nearly two decades of experience and expertise in data management. For the past 14 years, she has worked as a research associate at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Her role entails functioning as a data manager for several federally funded clinical trials in geriatrics, including an NIH-sponsored stroke study. In her role as data manager she is responsible for preparation of appropriate data collection forms, database preparation and maintenance, audit and verification of collected data, ensuring data completeness and accuracy, report preparation for research team as well as data safety monitoring committees. In addition, she also conducts statistical analysis and prepares results for dissemination at the regional, state and national levels.

Attributing her success to her broad education, Ms. Kropp holds a bachelor's degree in biology and pre-veterinary medicine from Kent State University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in education from the same institution. Ms. Kropp remains current in her field through affiliation with The Society of Clinical Research Associates. Looking toward the future, she plans to continue her education at Kent State University and attain a master's degree in public health with a concentration in biostatistics.
