A former Canadian Naval engineering officer, Mr. Reyes-Picknell was able to duplicate his success in similar roles with a chemical company and eventually in the aircraft industry. Mr. Reyes-Picknell earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1977. A professional engineer, certified management consultant, and certified maintenance and reliability professional, he is a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario, the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals and the Institute of Asset Management. He attributes his success to professionalism and putting his clients first. He is expanding the business internationally with their first overseas office in Botswana.
