The Montana Folk Festival Picks Up Steam; Rolls Into Butte July 13-15

    BUTTE, MT, June 03, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Montana Folk Festival returns to Butte July 13-15, 2012. The event is a three-day free of admission celebration of traditional music, dance, art and cuisine that has grown to be one of the largest such festivals in the Northwest.

The free admission festival will again feature six performance stages that will host more than 200 performers highlighting the musical influences of immigrants from around the world. The musical performer lineup has been set with the help of the National Council for the Traditional Arts (www.ncta.net) with guidance from a Montana Music Programming Committee.
