Kevin Ward is an experienced project and product management professional with 32 years to his credit. Drawing upon his expertise in technical and human service areas, he has been a key player in research and development initiatives across a number of industries and product classifications. Having worked with small- to mid-sized companies as well as larger corporations, he is poised to lead organizations to increased efficiency through enhancements to industrial practices and the management strategies that govern them. An engineer by education with impeccable written and verbal communication skills, Mr. Ward helps build and strengthen relationships that result in improved performance and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Ward, who attributes his success to his ability to blend technical expertise with an innate understanding of human behavioral factors, recognizes that by working within the medical device industry to establish design controls for certain products, he is helping to keep health and safety a top priority. Mr. Ward was previously the director of research and development at three different corporations, as well as the director of the PMO for St. Jude Medical. He co-authored "Crossing the Corporate Abyss: A Good Idea is Just the Beginning" with colleague Susan Mechache as an instructional guide for professionals from all different backgrounds to make the most of their ideas and business contributions.

Mr. Ward received his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1980. He is a member of the Product Development and Management Association who hopes to continue building his company's solid portfolio and providing clear guidance in product development.
