Ms. Curran has been operating in the real estate arena for 22 years. She became involved in her profession when she began working on the Oracle WW HQ Campus project team at Redwood Shores, CA. She previously worked in contracts and procurement before she moved into project management. She most recently worked at Salesforce.com for seven years as the Director of Global Real Estate Projects, where she was responsible for directing the design and construction of all global facilities. Over the course of her career, she has developed specialties in design and construction management, project management, transaction management, and site selection and alternative workplace strategy. She attributes her success in large part to the diverse and extensive global network she has built working in the corporate real estate field.

Ms. Curran received an MBA in international business from Santa Clara University and a Master of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global. She maintains affiliations with CoreNet Global, the Santa Clara MBA Alumni Association and the Alumni Association of the California Polytechnic State University. She is also a long term supporter of the Villa Montalvo Artists in Residency Program, the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, and Habitat for Humanity.
