Dr. Blair has more than 19 years of teaching experience in online learning, higher education, preparatory education, as well as training. She specializes in curriculum development, online learning, technical training, assessment, student success and retention. Wanting to utilize her skills in a corporate setting, Dr. Blair brings her experience and expertise to her role of Training Advisor for FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. She is responsible for curriculum development and designing online training as well as researching and optimizing the use of technology to produce results. She attributes her success to her experience, motivation, education and the love and support of her husband and parents.

In 2006, Dr. Blair earned an Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University in Instructional Technology and Distance Education. She previously earned a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, both from the University of Hartford. Dr. Blair is a member of Toastmasters International, a board member of Junior Achievement of Greater Miami, and an active supporter of Amigos for Kids, Autism Speaks Inc., Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and United Way Worldwide. Looking toward the future, she aims to attend conferences as a keynote speaker and attain a management role working with the development of online learning.
