ATLANTA, GEORGIA, July 2, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lynette Johnson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lynette's Lines, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in retail consulting.

Lynette's Lines is a consultancy that Ms. Johnson founded after working in the consumer sales industry for 14 years; she now has 21 years experience overall, and four years with her company.

Ms. Johnson excels at international and domestic sales, brand, stakeholder, and cost center management, marketing, communication strategies, strategic and tactical planning, team leadership, product development and relationship management.

In her role, she has numerous duties, including consulting manufacturers about new product development, identifying target audiences, building and executing branding and marketing strategies, and seeking, developing and maintaining customer relationships for Key Accounts, such as Disney, Wine Enthusiast, Harrahs and Ceasers Casinos, Peppermill Casinos, Marina Bay Sands Singapore to name a few.

Prior to founding Lynette's Lines, Ms. Johnson worked for Nestle USA from 1992-2007 and Russ Berrie from 1990 to 1992. She was selected as a member of the Nestle GLOBE Program Leadership Team in Switzerland, reporting directly to the Program Director. She was also selected to represent Nestle USA in the sales distributor class of trade at Nestle's Global Headquarters in Switzerland.

Among the highlights of her career was when she directly managed an international team of 14 people, while indirectly managing GLOBE Communication Directors in Asia/Oceana, Europe and the Americas, for the world's largest food and beverage company. She created and managed a global communication network across the three regional deployment facilities in Brazil, Australia and Germany.

Ms. Johnson attributes her success to her client relationships and focusing on the big picture, while paying close attention to details. She became involved in her profession through a natural progression of opportunities since her initial experience in the consumer sales industry more than 20 years ago.

She is the holder of dual Bachelor of Arts, one in communications and another in public relations with a minor in marketing from Mississippi State University in 1990. She is a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority and served as a board member of MS Wholesale Distributors. She also does charity work for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, creating videos, scrapbooking and spending time with her daughter, Sydney.

She holds several recognition awards: America's Mart "Just Got 2 Have It! Innovation Award" in 2011 and America's Mart "Just Got 2 Have It! Rookie of the Year Award" in 2010, the "Nestle Very Best Award for leadership and management" in 2000; and the Russ Berrie's "Rookie of the Year Award" in 1991, and Russ Berrie's "New Business Opportunity Award" in 1991.

Ms. Johnson intends to continue to develop and streamline processes for domestic and international sales of specific products and services in the specialty market class of trade.
