Ms. Englander Mills has been a professional in the environmental waste management and wastewater treatment industries for the past two decades. Over the course of her career, she has significantly contributed to the success of high growth companies and has honed her expertise in customer relations and business development. In 1993, Ms. Englander Mills was transferred to Europe as a member of a 3 person team assigned to establish and train distributors and installers throughout Europe, with the ultimate goal of hiring and training European Nationals to run the office.

Ms. Englander Mills brings her experience and skills to her role as director of sales and business development for Clean Water Technology, an established water and wastewater treatment company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. She is the single point of contact with her clients for whom she consults and strategizes on current and future projects from inception to beyond the completion of the project. A primary role for Ms. Englander Mills is to work with engineering firms that specify wastewater treatment equipment as well as working directly with the clients who purchase treatment systems. Her further responsibilities include hiring, training and directing sales managers throughout the U.S.

In 1988, Ms. Englander Mills earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the Midwest Food Processors Association (MWFPA) and the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA), and serves as the Sponsorship Chair for the Food and Beverage Environmental Conference (FBEC). Looking toward the future, Ms. Englander Mills aims to build a strong sales force that further promotes the Clean Water Technology brand.
