Pilates and Individual Rehabilitation Sessions with Melanie Dean, M.Sc., CSCS
Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Performance & Wellness and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and numerous certifications in fitness and health-related disciplines.

Melissa is a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist with a certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Primary Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Aimee earned her B.A. in Exercise Science from Southeastern Louisiana University then moved to Dallas, TX, to complete a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 2005.
