In this current position, he sits as a member of the Senior Management Executive Team, handles the banking facilities, prepares all financial reporting and reviews results with the General Manager and President, prepares capital and annual budgets, works with department managers and oversees 15 staff members who report to him. A Certified Management Accountant, Mr. Kwasney remains updated in the field through his affiliation with the Certified Management Accountants of Alberta and Canada. He attributes his successful career to hard work, supportive family members, and to working with great people. As the years progress, he hopes to experience continued growth and obtain an MBA.
