Self-motivated and efficient in her work, Ms. Blanchard's goal is to establish Marshall Marketing as a strong, web-based company that will allow her to utilize her creative skills as well as the knowledge she gained while obtaining her recent master's degree in business from Regis University. Ms. Blanchard also holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Colorado State University, which she used to her advantage while working in the printing industry for 13 years and continues to make use of since transitioning into the world of marketing and online business.

Previously, Ms. Blanchard served as a full color technician for Business Cards Tomorrow, where she was in charge of troubleshooting and preparing for press nearly 200 projects per day. She was also the manager of prepress for Pepperdine's Marking Products, where she processed up to 250 projects per day, created incentive programs, maintained web projects and managed a team of eight designers. In her current role as owner of her online company, Ms. Blanchard is tasked with the responsibility of overseeing and promoting all aspects of her business, including inventory, shipping and order fulfillment, customer service, marketing and advertising. She also designs and develops her website herself, where she enjoys providing her customers with education on the importance of using organic soaps, lotions, oils and spa products, which make up the majority of her sales.

Attributing her success to her hard work and persistence, in the future, Ms. Blanchard hopes to combine forces to work with other vendors in an effort to expand both her green product line and her client base. Away from the demands of running her business, she enjoys coaching tri-athletes in swimming.
