Giroir (Tom), the President and Chief Executive Officer of TMG International Consulting, LLC, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in providing consultancy and business development for technology firms in the national security market.

TMG International Consulting, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) consulting firm, ideally located within the footprint of the greater U.S. Federal Government's departments and agencies which play a role in national security. Mr. Giroir became involved in his profession after he retired with honors from the U.S. Air Force, providing them with 27 years of service and ending his military career as a Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 70th Intelligence Wing, headquartered at Ft. Meade, Maryland. Following active duty, he initially joined KPMG, LLP as a Manager in the National Security practice, eventually transitioning to work with Unisys Corporation for five years as a director, and later as a managing director, of Advanced Programs with full P&L responsibility. In his time at the F500 IT firm, he managed a business portfolio generating $20MM in revenue. Mr. Giroir then joined a small IT firm as Director of National Security Programs, where he focused on game-changing R&D opportunities. Finally, he joined Tresys Technology as a Principal for Business Development in 2011 before returning to focus full-time on his consulting practice this year using the extensive knowledge and experience he has gained.

Attributing his success to his hard work and ability to build extensive collaborative relationships, Mr. Giroir is well versed in the knowledge and implementation of government requirements in national security issues. He has developed a profound knowledge of business development techniques, technology applications and systems for providing working business contracts for federal and government agencies. In addition to providing consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government's departments and agencies which have a role in national security, Mr. Giroir consults for commercial overseas work.

Mr. Giroir graduated from Excelsior College in 2004 with a bachelor's degree with concentrations in psychology and technology applications. He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Air Force Sergeants Association, and the Air Force Association. In 2008, Mr. Giroir was inducted into the Freedom Through Vigilance Association's Hall of Honor. Additionally, in 1981, he was selected by the U.S. Jaycees as an Outstanding Young Man of America. When he's not consulting, he enjoys exercising and participating in Ham Radio.
