Dr. Philip Tam is a Sydney-based child psychiatrist in public practice with Rivendell as well as a lecturer with Sydney University. A fellow of the Royal Australian College of Psychiatrists, Dr. Tam pursued his medical education at the University of London and holds a master's degree in psychiatry from Cambridge University in England.
