While attending college, Mr. Newhouse worked for a large supply company in Pittsburgh, PA and fell in love with the business. Prior to incorporating Quality Construction Products, Inc., he worked as a Project Manager for a construction company building high-end houses and full-service hotels. Mr. Newhouse also owns a manufacturer's rep. business entitled Newhouse and Associates, Inc., covering the Southeastern U.S. with several product lines.

Mr. Newhouse received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Point Park University. In addition to his formal education, he is a licensed Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic. Mr. Newhouse is a member of the Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association, The Professional Construction Estimators Association, The Construction Specifications Institute? and NACE International. In the years to come, Mr. Newhouse hopes to grow his businesses through multiple locations, acquisitions and maintaining a large current market share.
