Ms. Chadwick brings over 35 years of industry experience to her position as senior vice president and senior client executive at the agency, whose mission is to serve the insurance needs of middle market companies across the globe. She has worked in the insurance industry in many different capacities, and for the last 20 years she has been a producer and risk manager. A construction risk and insurance specialist, her favorite accounts to work on are transportation or any account that has a "wheeled" exposure, construction contractors of all types, property owners and maritime operators. Ms. Chadwick's daily responsibilities include working with the Marsh Transportation Practice and the Captive Solutions practice, including large retention insurance and self insurance. She oversees and collaborates with a staff of three people who work in her office on a defined group of her accounts. She provides insurance brokerage services, insurance service, advice, claims representation and advocacy for clients, and in addition, Ms. Chadwick in involved in the practices of risk management, alternative risk financing and contractual risk transfer.

Ms. Chadwick attributes her success in her career and at Marsh & McLennan to her unflagging honesty and integrity. Her personal mission is to put her clients' best interest first to provide the solutions that will benefit them and bring the best possible result for that client. Her ability to customize programs well suited to each client has come from a long-standing dedication to the insurance industry. She became involved in her profession while she was in high school, where she held a job as a file clerk at an insurance broker. Eager to learn as much as she could, her inquisitive nature led her to study at a carrier's surety school and to work in the surety practice of her employer at the time. She earned a certification as Certified Insurance Counselor from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research in 1993 and as a Certified Risk Manager in 2000 from The National Alliances' Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. She has studied through the Insurance Institute of America, taking various classes over the past 20 years and earning several certificates of study. She is an associate member of RIMS through her employer and is working to earn her RIIMS Fellowship. Looking forward, Ms. Chadwick intends to continue refining her skills and expand her presence in the industry to work on a more global scale.
