After accruing 40 years of experience as an electrical engineer in senior management positions within the electrical plant construction industry, Mr. Lilley pursued his interest in property in the early 1990s and attained a Real Estate Agents License. He then founded Aviate Glen Eira, a franchise of Aviate Project Marketing Proprietary Limited, a property research and investment company Australia wide. An expert in residential property sales and property investment, he is responsible for managing a database of clients, advising them on profitable investment properties and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ever eager to enforce safe work policies, procedures and operations, he successfully introduced legislation in the power industry to ensure safety when working with equipment near live electric power lines and equipment. Aside from his work at Aviate Project Marketing, Mr. Lilley keeps in touch with his electrical engineering background as a sales engineer at Tyco Electronics Corporation. Having achieved immeasurable success in both industries, he credits his determination, knowledge of real estate, research, ability to find the best properties and his friendly character. Looking ahead, he aspires to enter retirement and work part-time in the real estate field.

Mr. Lilley holds a degree in Power Engineering from Monash University. A chartered professional engineer, he is a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia as well as the RE Institute of Victoria and RE Institute of NSW. A master squash member, he continues to serve as a trainer for the St. Kilda Football Club now in his 23rd year. He has represented Australia and toured Ireland for the hybrid rules in AFL and Gaelic football, and is a life member of the East Brighton Football Club.
