Mr. Pavicic attended the University of Zagreb Croatia from 1971-1974, earning a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He serves as the president of the Toronto Croatia Soccer Club and was named Manager of the Year (2011) by the Canadian Soccer League (CSL). Mr. Pavicic is a member of CNC Machining, the CNC Machining / Manufacturing Network, the Canadian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Croatian Business Forum and the Canadian Soccer League.
