Dr. Dayal is a highly experienced, performance-driven scientist with more than 25 years of experience in an FDA regulated industry possessing a wide breadth of knowledge in FDA inspections, GxP compliance, technical support and project management. She has held senior level positions in a variety of companies prior to her current employment such as Director of Quality Assurance at InnoPharma Inc., Senior Scientist for Ortho Diagnostic Systems, QC/Analytical Services Supervisor at Ortho Biotech Inc., V.I. Technologies Inc. and Faulding Pharmaceutical Inc., Principal Scientist of Technical Support for Instrumentation Laboratory and Staff Scientist for Biomerieux.

She is also knowledgeable with regulatory requirements including 21 CFR 58, 210 & 211, 11, 50, 54, and 312, 314, and ICH guidelines and has contributed to the submission of more than 15 ANDAs, including numerous GMP audits, data audits and for-cause audits. Her areas of expertise encompass quality management, GxP/technical training, auditing, and project management. In addition, she has extensive experience in the manufacture and analytical testing of parenterals, recombinant human peptides, plasma products, sterile ophthalmics, MAbs as well as generic and OTC drugs. Having achieved years of success, she credits her hard work and determination. Looking ahead, she intends to work towards protecting the quality of pharmaceutical products.

Dr. Dayal's extensive education includes a master's degree in biochemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Active in the professional community, she is affiliated with many organizations, including the American Chemical Society, American Society for Quality and Parenteral Drug Association. Aside from her professional endeavors, Dr. Dayal enjoys spending time with her sons, Rajeev, who is a vascular surgeon in New York, and Munish, an attorney in Los Angeles as well as her daughter, Geeta, a published author and an accomplished journalist. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and writing. In fact, she translated and published a scripture book back in 2009.
