He served as the senior HR professional at Sambre et Meuse, HR director at AFE and Wrigley France, HR director of Americas and EMEAI supply chain at Wrigley and, most recently, senior director of HR for global supply chain and procurement at Wrigley-Mars. An expert in change management and international team building, Mr. Van Nuvel makes an exceptional vice president of HR for Mars, a manufacturing company that produces chocolate, candy, pet-care food and beverages. Specializing in leading human resources on a global and regional position in a competitive and demanding environment, he is responsible for ensuring that all capabilities are met with human resource functions, as he provides HR services to 5,500 employees working in three plants and three research and development centers in the pet-care division. Furthermore, he oversees innovation, supply chain and procurement and supports new projects for Europe and the current portfolios in manufacturing. Having achieved immeasurable success, he credits his focus, curiosity, willingness to accept new challenges and always engaging with colleagues to maintain connections.
