Berliner, President of Energy Farms International LLC, has been named a Worldwide Who's Who Executive of the Year in Renewable Energy and Clean Technology. Ms. Berliner has amassed more than three decades of professional experience, and she continues to strive for excellence in her every endeavor. As Founder and President of a premier renewable energy consultancy, she utilizes a sprawling and diverse background, and a strong knowledge of corporate development, the natural resource and clean technology industries, and sustainability in a capacity that allows her to mentor new technology entrepreneurs and attract investment to new projects. She is skilled in project and corporate finance, and cross-border governance and management.

Prior to forming Energy Farms International LLC, Ms. Berliner worked in the mining industry for more than 10 years, and before that for more than 10 years in the international economic development industry. In addition to her work in renewable energy, Ms. Berliner provides strategic planning and fundraising support for multi-lateral and non-profit organizations engaged in economic development, energy/climate change, and environmental protection.

She now pinpoints the highlights of her career so far to have been building a transnational, publicly traded mining company de novo, and having contributed to the reform of economic policy and regulation to support the development of the private sector in emerging markets.

Ms. Berliner attributes her success to the support and life skills given to her by her family. Ms. Berliner graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she was a Commonwealth Scholar, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, with a minor in Economics. She went on to receive a Master's Degree in Public and International Affairs with a concentration in Economic and Social Development, from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently a member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and the Clean Technology and Sustainable Industries Organization, and is a past member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and the Women's Council on Energy and Environment. Energy Farms International was a founding member of the American Council on Renewable Energy and of the Argentina Renewable Energy Chamber. Ms. Berliner currently serves as a Mentor for the 2012 Clean Tech Open.
