A graduate of the University of Toronto with a bachelor's degree in anthropology and languages, Ms. De Santis utilizes her person-focused education to aid her in her work as well.

In the future, Ms. De Santis would like to increase her responsibilities by moving into the position of vice president of human resources. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as reading and doing hot yoga exercise. She is also an active supporter of the Canadian Breast Cancer Association.
