He has gained 15 years of experience in employee relations and negotiations. In handling the activities for human resources, he supervises a team of 17 people spread over the territories.

Mr. Becker received a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Hiram College. He attributes his success to being in the right place at the right time — he worked primarily for international companies, has been exposed to many different cultures, worked abroad, and has a knowledge of multinational environments.
