YORA INTERNATIONAL INC. ANNOUNCES SYMBOL CHANGE (YORA) ALSO AN ACQUISITION AND FUNDING OF $600,000 USD

/24-7PressRelease/ - MIAMI, FL, July 28, 2007 - Yora International Inc. in completing the merger with Best Rate Travel Inc. that was trading under BTVL, will start trading on Monday July 30, 2007 on PK under the new symbol YORA.
Yora International Inc. has also in a transaction with Universal Intertrading Group SA acquired 154,386 shares in Cell Scan Pharma Inc. for a value of $880,000 USD, said transaction has been paid through a stock issuance from the treasury under a Reg S offering. Said transaction will secure the company access and possible rights for additional line of product distribution through Africa, in relation with the veterinary pharmaceutical product owned by Cell Scan Pharma Inc.
Yora International Inc. has also arranged with Marco Capital Corporation a revolving credit facility for up to $600,000 that will be immediately used for our Import/export business in the fish and seafood activities, which will increase sales.
