Drawing on more than 40 years of professional experience in the health care management arena, Lynette Bruce has been providing aged care services out of her consultancy for nearly two years. Attributing her success to her perseverance and dedication to helping others, Ms. Bruce also benefits from her industry-related educational background, which includes a bachelor's degree in finance administration from the University of New England in Australia and a master's degree in health planning from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Ms. Bruce is also a graduate of the corporate governance course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, belongs to the Australasian College of Health Service Management and speaks at conferences as an affiliate of the International Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing.
