Dr. Bloetscher has 30 years of experience in the field, with expertise in water and waste water system management. He is responsible for managing the daily operations of the company, while focusing on a variety of water resource issues, including sustainability and membrane process testing. A highlight of his career was creating the first LEED gold water plant in Dania Beach, FL. A consummate mentor, Dr. Bloetscher has integrated 2 dozen undergraduate and graduate students in the planning and implementation of his projects.

Dr. Bloetscher received a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Miami. He is a member of the American Water Works Association, the Water Environment Federation and the National Ground Water Association.
