Ms. Wald has consistently served her clients, exceeding their expectations, during her more than 25 years in business. She has maintained many of her clients for more than 20 years. Family has played a large role in her company's development; her son currently serves at chief financial officer while her daughter serves as director of marketing and branding. Previously, Ms. Wald worked as a adjunct theater professor at the University of Maryland, and as an associate professor at Bowie State University in Maryland.

Exceling in organizational management, she is responsible for customizing productions and overseeing teams ranging from 10 to 225+ people depending on the project. The company provides services to the government, unions, non-profits, political parties, concerts, parties and fashion shows. Managing every project, she not only hires contractors and delegates assignments, she also designs live-format productions.
Ms. Wald received her Masters Degree in Theatre Design from Northwestern University in 1976. She completed her PhD studies in public communication from the University of Maryland in 1982. She is a member of Women in Film and Video. In recognition of her accomplishments, she will be featured in an upcoming edition of Pro-Files Magazine.
