/24-7PressRelease/ - WESTERVILLE, OH, September 08, 2007 - Jim Canterucci's Personal Brilliance - Up Close and Practical weekly podcast features experts and their brilliance. Each weekly episode (approximately 15 minutes) features one of the four Personal Brilliance catalysts - Awareness, Curiosity, Focus, and Initiative.

Fran Kick is the author of KICK IT IN and TAKE THE LEAD! Fran knows what makes kids kick! He's a former teacher, clinical counselor, college faculty member, and a parent of three including twin boys. He's worked with thousands of students both high school and college and their parents and teachers. Fran is optimistic, while at the same time being realistic about what it takes to move beyond a carrot-and-stick approach to a higher level of reaching optimum Personal Brilliance.

In conjunction with this podcast theme Jim is asking for submissions of stories of the things adults said to you as a child that made a difference - both positive and negative. See http://blog.mypersonalbrilliance.com/index.cfm?commentID=357
