Corp., has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in supplying pharmaceutical and research chemicals and labware and associated equipment to manufacturers, educational institutions, and the scientific community.

Mr. Jain became involved in the industry as a result of his background in, and passion for, chemistry. Previously a senior chemist for Bristol-Myers Squibb and a quality compliance director for Ruger Chemical Co., he has thrived in the industry for more than thirty years. For the past two years, Mr. Jain has served as president and chief executive officer of Spectrum Chemical Mfg. Corp., a chemical company that manufactures and distributes worldwide an extensive line of quality, monographed pharmaceutical products, over 22,000 organic research chemicals, thousands of inorganic chemical reagents, and a very diverse line of laboratory supplies and equipment.

Having a clearly-defined sense of business direction and purpose, Mr. Jain leads his company very effectively. Overseeing all aspects of the company, he is in charge of daily operations at offices in New Jersey, California, Arizona, and Shanghai (China). He manages the distribution of fine chemicals and laboratory supplies and directs the corporation's strategic planning. He also serves as a role model for the vision and values of the company, which is now in its 42nd year. It is his goal to create and foster a culture of integrity throughout the organization.

Mr. Jain received an MS/MBA in analytical chemistry in 1984 from Seton Hall University. He also holds a Masters of Science in organic chemistry, which he earned in 1968 from Meerut University (India). Before coming to the United States in 1976, he was a professor of Chemistry at D. N. College, affiliated with Meerut University. His philanthropic efforts include contributing to the EduCare Foundation which supports the education of hundreds of disadvantaged children in India. He is also a trustee for, and donor to, International Jain Sangh, a non- profit religious organization which promotes non-violence and mutual respect. In 2012, Mr. Jain was inducted into the Worldwide Who's Who network of VIP members for excellence in his field.

Mr. Jain is happily married and gives the most credit for his success to his family for their all around support. His wife is a registered nurse who enjoys working with and taking care of newborn babies. His son is a Managing Director, Global Head of Software IB with J. P. Morgan Chase Investment Banking.

His daughter, a former professor of English at University of Pittsburgh, is currently Community Programs Coordinator, Carnegie Museum of Natural History / Public Programs.
