Upon completion of a bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Wisconsin, Mr. Winkler embarked on a career in financial management which has spanned the past 21 years. Drawing on his educational background and work experience, he has become an expert in executive management, accounting, and finance. In 1999, Mr. Winkler joined J.W. Winco, Incorporated as their chief financial officer. The distribution firm sells metal and plastic parts such as levers, fittings, fixtures, casters, and hardware assemblies.

He considers his greatest career achievement to be his ability to increase annual turnovers and launch computer systems for the company. Recognized for efficient and effective management skills, Mr. Winkler attributes his success to outstanding customer service and hard work. In the coming years, he aspires to build brand awareness for J.W. Winco, Incorporated by establishing an infrastructure in preparation of corporate expansion. He also plans to establish new business and client relationships through networking and consulting nationwide.

In his free time, Mr. Winkler most enjoys golfing and fly fishing as hobbies.
