Security Clearance Lawyers Announce Revamped Website Launch

Group of security clearance lawyers revamps its website, expands staff to better meet needs of those whose clearance is jeopardized.

SOLANA BEACH, CA, June 18, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The security clearance lawyers of Security Clearance Law Group have revamped the firm's website.

The site relaunched in May in an effort to offer a wealth of useful information about its representation areas, along with background info on the partners' expansive knowledge in this highly specialized legal field.

"For many people, obtaining security clearance means you can continue working in your career field," says John Griffith. "When you've been denied clearance, your response to Statement of Reasons documents should be done with assistance from an experienced professional because your career is at stake."

Griffith's site offers answers to questions regarding how to respond to a governmental statement and information about Freedom of Information Act questions and requests.

Prior to founding this firm, Griffith was managing partner of a well-known national security clearance law firm. He, along with partners Catie Young and Amy Lass, branched out and created Security Clearance Law Group to provide better service at competitive rates.

They increased staff to better equip the firm to accommodate more complicated cases.

Griffith has represented members of almost all government agencies and employees of most of the major government contracting firms in national security clearance cases. He has attended hearings on security clearance cases in nearly two dozen states.

Young gained security clearance experience while working for one of the largest national security clearance law firms in California. She has handled hundreds of appeals and written responses, and is experienced in adjudicative mitigation and security risk guidelines.

Lass is a legal research expert who leads the litigation support team.

Griffith chose to focus on this legal area because as a veteran, he is passionate about standing up for citizens.

"You have a right to earn a living," he said. "Some people are prevented from getting jobs in specialized fields without clearance. It's rewarding to help people overcome obstacles to security clearance."
