Amanda Nissen Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Support Services

Amanda Nissen offers a unique range of programs to serve indigenous cultures



    ROCKINGHAM, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, July 24, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Amanda Nissen, Director of Skill Ease Training for Indigenous Support Services, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in indigenous support services.

With two decades of experience in support services, Ms. Nissen expertly offers her skills in training and client relations as director for Skill Ease Training and Indigenous Support Services, a registered training organization that provides Indigenous affairs services. They offer services in the areas of training, mentoring, consulting and personal development.

"The business intention that drives my ambition is not about money or what I can again," Ms. Nissen says, "I want to share with others how we can create whatever we want, No matter what background or adversity we have in our lives. Ms. Nissen, became involved in her profession because it was a lifelong passion to help others who were disadvantaged. Her first career was nursing those suffering terminal illness, mental health conditions and frail age. After studying social welfare and managing nonprofit organizations, consulting and community research became an area of great interest. The welfare exposure and investigative knowledge inspired the direction of training and facilitating which has stimulated a natural progression since then. Working with people and watching them grow is the most rejuvenating and rewarding gift. Ms. Nissen attributes her success to being driven by a desire to make a difference to people's lives through supporting communities, organizations and individuals to overcome obstacles and reach their aspirations and full potential. Her family has also been a strong foundation and support by setting strong examples of compassion and ethical leadership. Prior to her present position, she served as a consultant and a trainer for nonprofit and mining and resource companies after leaving a career in nursing. Since then, her career steps have been a natural progression. Ms. Nissen is pursuing a postgraduate degree in training and development from Charles Sturt University and she holds a diploma in management. In the coming years, Ms. Nissen hopes for the continued growth and expansion of the company.
