On the customer relations side of the business, she maintains positive relationships with clients and helps to ensure the satisfaction of existing clients. She is ever-vigilant for new products and services that will meet customer's needs, and she regularly conducts research to discover them. Ms. Witkowski attributes her success to her ability to understand different personalities, as well as having the skill to coordinate sales teams and business units.

Ms. Witkowski received a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Kent State University in 1992, and a Women in Leadership Certification from Case Western, as well as a professional skill sets certification. She is a regular fixture of the company's President's Club, which she achieves by exceeding her projected sales goals. 2009 was a particularly productive year for her, as she exceeded these goals by 50 percent. In years to come, Ms. Witkowski intends to move into a management position.
