SYDNEY, October 1, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Adam Wadi, Managing Director of Get Qualified Australia, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in vocational training, skills recognition and recognition of prior learning.

Mr. Wadi has eight years of professional experience in the Australian VET industry, having recently become a managing director of Get Qualified Australia. He is a specialist in skills recognition and recognition of prior learning. Get Qualified Australia is Australia's recognition of prior learning (RPL) and skills recognition specialist, providing a range of Vocational Education and Training (VET) services for local, national and international clients.

Partnership Agreements established with Registered Training Organisations (RTO's) allow the company to offer an extensive selection of Nationally Recognised Qualifications covering all major industries.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a formal yet flexible assessment process that can be used to issue qualifications. RPL Assessment verifies skills, knowledge and experience against the established industry standards that have been detailed in the training packages. The types of evidences could include career history/resume, training and career development, references, testimonials and reviews, workbased documentation/work examples, competency conversations, direct practical demonstration, volunteering, community work experience, additional evidence pictures and videos performing the skills, etc.

Mr. Adam Wadi became involved in his profession because he believed there are a number of well experienced industry professionals who have not received recognition of their skills and knowledge. Mr. Wadi received a graduate diploma in management learning from the University of Western Sydney, a master's degree in international hospitality and hotel management from Applied Science University, an advanced diploma of business management from Applied Science University, and a bachelor's degree in hotel management. In years to come, Mr. Wadi intends to continue expanding multiple departments in the business on a global scale.
