Mrs. McGeachie is an extremely accomplished professional with an expertise in contact centre operations, telemarketing, training, business development, customer service, human resources, marketing, collections and recoveries. She, along with three other individuals, in 1999, started a financial services business that today is a highly successful ongoing business.

Mrs. McGeachie has 16 years of experience in the industry, with six years in her current role. Her responsibilities are the development and implementation of contact centre strategies, optimizing of procedures and processes, customer experience management, people development and productivity, origination of products, servicing of products and the collection and recoveries of outstanding debt. She intends to pursue new international opportunities in the future.

She attributes her success to her strong business acumen, determination, adaptability and humble nature. She became involved in her profession when contact centers were new in South Africa and the opportunity arose to launch a new call centre on behalf of a company. Mrs. McGeachie received a diploma in business management from Damelin in 2004. She assists the South African Association of the Deaf-Blind. Her hobbies include sports, as well as coaching and playing netball.
