Company Makes History With New Liquor

Advanced technology strips liquor of its impurities resulting in greater than top shelf quality.

For those who have developed a discerning palate for extraordinary spirits

PRAIRIE DU SAC, WI, December 04, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Damascus, a division of Capjem, has developed their own proprietary method of taking any low, medium or top shelf liquor and improving the quality exponentially by removing the impurities. Their process begins with using Alcohol Alkalinizing Cleansing Technology followed by Enhanced Isothermal Molecular filtration. This multi-step process first exposes impurities and then cleanses the alcohol, resulting in a smooth and pure spirit.

To prove out their method scientifically, the team at Damascus submitted numerous liquor samples for Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) testing. This is a specific test meant to positively identify particular substances and impurities in a given sample. The test results revealed near flawless, impurity free liquor. Even with today's technology, this has never before been achieved.

For those who have developed a discerning palate for extraordinary spirits, Damascus is the only true and accurate alcohol transformation service available today. With this technology, the Damascus team will custom craft liquor into a unique and one-of-a-kind spirit according to individual specifications. They will age it, develop a proprietary flavor profile, and improve the quality of any liquor of choice.

But it doesn't stop there. On a commercial level, Damascus will private label liquors of choice for nightclubs, lounges, hotels, and bars. For private consumers who want to establish their own family signature liquor, or executives who are looking to differentiate themselves from their colleagues, Damascus will even deliver their liquor in a custom designed bottle, including custom packaging to house their special brand. A person's alcohol creations are limited only by their imagination.

The Damascus team is led by the President of Capjem, Monica Elchlepp and the Director of Culinary Science for Capjem, Peter Cicero - Certified Organic Chemist and Master Mixologist.
