    DENVER, CO, February 20, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dingo Software, a company focused on Asset Wellness, is pleased to announce that Grant PUD has recently purchased a one-year software license renewal for Trakka, Dingo's cloud-based predictive analytical and workflow maintenance management software tool. Along with the extension, Grant PUD has also elected to purchase Dingo's expert Condition Intelligence analysis services related to the use of Trakka. This new agreement is comprised of the Core Trakka Data Analysis and Rules-Based Condition Intelligence Module Software License Renewal, and will now also include Dingo's Condition Intelligence Expert Analysis Services which allows for live support, Monday through Friday.

Grant PUD is a public electric utility who serves over 46,000 customers throughout Grant County, Washington. The utility was created in 1938 by a popular vote of the people in the rural, predominantly agricultural region, who had long struggled to receive electricity. Grant PUD's low-cost power allows the county to be a major player in Washington's agriculture sector.

Public Utility Districts, or Peoples Utility Districts, present only in California, Nebraska, Oregon and the state of Washington, function as a special-purpose district or government jurisdiction who provides public utilities to the residents of that district. Those Districts are typically governed by local citizens who set policies, review operations and approve budgetary spending.

Dingo brings to the Utilities industry tools that can be used by companies to respond positively to cost pressures and concerns of operational effectiveness. Dingo's Trakka software tool, accompanied by a global team of maintenance experts, helps customers turn data into manageable actions, all the while reducing costs and increasing component life.

Trakka will continue to provide Grant PUD with many tangible benefits, including the following:
- A manageable and effective oil analysis program;
- Increased equipment efficiency and availability;
- Reduction in unplanned maintenance and/or breakdowns.

The Dingo system has been useful to Grant PUD to track and trend oil analysis samples. Lubrication oil analysis is a common tool in predictive and preventive maintenance of rotating machinery and is most successful if conducted in an on-going program so results can be trended and small changes detected and addressed.

"Grant PUD is a current Dingo customer that has recently renewed and expanded their partnership with us," commented Kurt Kramer, Dingo Sales Manager. "They continue to be a valued customer and provide evidence of how Dingo is helping utilities companies to execute improved Asset Wellness solutions. With this most recent renewal and addition of Dingo's Condition Intelligence services, Dingo will help Grant PUD to improve focus on core business initiatives while providing expert analysis services. We highly value our relationship with Grant PUD and look forward to continued success in the months ahead."
