Mrs. Saville Lockhart brings 25 years of experience to her current position with Swarovski, the world-renowned manufacturer, marketer and reatailer of luxury jewelry items. Having begun her early career in retail with Harrods, she obtained several operational managerial roles before moving into Learning for Development with Uniqlo in 2003 and now arriving at Swarovski, where she is responsible for heading up the Learning for Development competence center for the Swarovski Crystal Business. An ambitious and well-rounded professional, she has worked predominantly in the beauty and fashion industries, and has a proven track record of excellence in her field.

Mrs. Saville Lockhart received a bachelor's degree in English from the University of London in 1987. She is a member of CIPD and is affiliated with several charities.
