Dentists who receive IACA Fellowship designation must meet several requirements, including:

- Attendance of at least five IACA meetings
- Completion of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) Core Curriculum
- Successful passing of LVIF examination
- Attendance of 1 out of every 2 annual meetings and membership of the IACA
