Morgan most recently worked at Cogensia as the Chief Marketing Officer. During his time at the company, he specialized in database marketing and statistical analytics and also spearheaded a new consulting practice. At The Marketing Store, he will develop a comprehensive plan and vision for the agency's Consumer Data and Analytics practice. Morgan will be based in the The Marketing Store's global headquarters in Chicago and report to Mark Landolt, President.

Having worked with Fortune 500 companies and powerful brands such as Proctor & Gamble, Applebee's, Sears Club, Hallmark, Ford and Bank America, Morgan has extensive experience in building and leading teams, developing long term relationships, and growing business within direct, digital & GRM, customer loyalty and data analytics disciplines. Prior to Cognesia, Morgan worked at AIMIA, RAPP, and Euro RSCG Worldwide.
