The ambiance will be proliferated with the sounds of the Windy Hills Bluegrass Band, most commonly known for their traditional sound and entertaining performances. A specialty dessert and popcorn infusion bar will be available to round out this sensory experience.

"It is becoming evident that the surest way to prosperity is through collaboration. When people bring resources together to achieve common objectives, the impact can be much greater. Each dollar we are able to raise together contributes directly to the success of our students, giving them the resources they need to get to and succeed in college," says Marc Spencer, CEO of Juma Ventures.

Significant funding is needed to operate Juma and it's youth programs and comes from corporate sponsorship and individuals that see the value of empowering our underprivileged youth and want to be a part of making a change in their lives. The proceeds from the Heart of Harvest event will directly influence Juma's innovative youth programs which provide employment opportunities, matched savings accounts and academic support to underserved youth in the San Francisco Bay Area.
