Mr. Jones has 30 years of professional experience, with 20 years as a senior partner at Huddles Jones Sorteberg & Dachille, P.C. Throughout his career, he has established himself as an expert in the preparation and litigation of construction claims, involving both government contracts and commercial contracts. He represents clients throughout the US and his cases have involved the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the US Capital, the US Supreme Court, the Library of Congress, the National Zoo and numerous other prestigious buildings.

Looking back over a career filled with achievement, Mr. Jones attributes his success to his background in architecture and construction. Because of his area of expertise, he established a law firm that specializes in construction related disputes. He became involved in his profession after studying architecture and construction management in college and then deciding to study law.

Mr. Jones attended law school at The Washington University in St. Louis where he graduated with a J.D. in 1985. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the American Bar Association, including its Construction Law Forum. He is also a member of the Virginia Bar and the construction law section of the Virginia Bar as well as the Maryland and DC Bars. In addition, he has been admitted to practice before numerous federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the US Supreme Court. In 2013 and 2014, Mr. Jones was named as a Top Attorney in Maryland and he has been honored as one of the Best Lawyers in America every year since 2003.
