As a lawyer of Schneider & McWilliams, P.C., Mr. Forehand specializes in the oil and gas, as well as, real estate, wills and probate. He has been practicing since he received his JD from Mary's University School of Law in 1996. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and received the Marianist Student Leadership Award in 1997. That same year, he was also presented with a President's Award for his leadership in a Marianist concept of holistic education. Mr. Forehand is a member of the Delta Theta Phi honor society. In the coming years, Mr. Forehand does not plan on retiring, he will continue to be behind his desk working.
